Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form. Name, email, topic, and message you submit.
- Job applications (Bridgerole form). Name, email, role metadata, and optional CV link are stored on our private server so we can email you a confirmation and review handoffs in a restricted ops console. CV files are not uploaded to Bridgerole servers.
- Employer submissions. Company and role details needed to publish a listing.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and uptime.
- Theme preference. Stored in your browser via localStorage (not sent to our servers).
- Saved roles / local application draft list. Stored only in your browser. Clearing site data removes them.
What we do not collect
- We do not host candidate résumés or CVs on Bridgerole.
- We do not sell candidate profiles or build marketing audiences from applicant data.
- Applications submitted on an employer ATS are governed by that employer’s privacy policy.
Cookies & analytics
We may use first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrers). We do not use advertising cookies for third-party retargeting on this site.
Retention
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business records (typically up to 24 months). Listing data remains while the role is live, then may be archived for Insights methodology notes in aggregate form only.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete contact-form data we hold about you. Include the email you used so we can locate the record.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice of the revised practices.
