About the Role
An established consumer healthcare organisation is seeking a Brand Manager – FemCare to support the strategic development and growth of a portfolio of leading feminine care brands across Central European markets.
The role combines brand management, marketing strategy, media planning, innovation portfolio management, consumer insights and cross-functional project leadership. Working closely with global and local teams, the Brand Manager will translate global brand strategies into relevant market plans and help drive consistent execution and long-term growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Brand Lead in providing strategic direction across priority Central European markets.
• Translate global brand strategies and playbooks into clear, actionable frameworks for Central European markets.
• Lead Central European channel and media strategy, including development of media strategies and guidance for local market plans.
• Manage governance and prioritisation of the Central European new product innovation (NPI) pipeline in collaboration with Global and R&D teams.
• Act as a key interface between Central European and Global teams, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, innovation and long-term growth priorities.
• Drive insight-led decision-making through Central European market research and the integration of consumer and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Independently lead cross-functional and cross-country projects designed to strengthen brand performance, scalability and executional excellence.
• Partner closely with local Brand and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure clear responsibilities and effective handover from strategy through to execution.
• Support consistent brand delivery across multiple markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand performance, consumer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate stakeholders across a complex international and matrix organisation.
• Contribute to innovation, portfolio and long-term brand growth decisions.
Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Initial professional experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG, consumer healthcare or OTC.
• International exposure through internships, studies or professional experience is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and personal responsibility.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects under time pressure.
• Comfortable working within complex, matrixed and international organisations.
• Strong intercultural awareness and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and collaboration abilities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office.
• Business-fluent German and English.
