About the Company
A global media company is building its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Brand Manager to steward how it shows up here. You will shape the identity and story of a name audiences already recognise, across a portfolio of properties. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, positioning, and consistency across every touchpoint. You will guard the brand, grow its equity, and make sure every campaign reinforces a single, clear story.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
• Own brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across properties
• Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across all channels
• Lead brand campaigns from concept through to launch
Insight & Growth
• Use research and audience insight to sharpen positioning
• Track brand health, awareness, and perception over time
• Partner with content, design, and product on a unified story
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3 to 7 years in brand management or brand marketing
• A portfolio of brand campaigns you have shaped and shipped
• Strong storytelling, taste, and an eye for consistency
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with a media, consumer, or entertainment brand
• Exposure to brand research and brand-tracking studies
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
