💰 Compensation & Perks

• Monthly Pay: ₱50,000.00 – ₱80,000.00 (Basic + De Minimis)

📍 Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Malabon Head Office (With 1 day/week field work across NCR)
• Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Enjoy weekends off via compressed workweek!)
🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Drive categories from concept, NPD (New Product Development), to execution and performance tracking.
• Commercial Strategy: Lead product strategy, branding, pricing, and high-impact promotional campaigns to maximize market share and profitability.
• Consumer & Market Insights: Analyze FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales data to outpace competitors.
📋 What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Product Management, Brand Management, or Marketing within FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
• Core Skills:
• Proven track record in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Development (NPD).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data fluency.
• Strong project management, communication, and creative presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and market research tools.
