About this role
The Digital Channel Manager is responsible for delivering digital volume goals for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans. The role drives competitive and relevant digital sales strategies and campaigns, manages the entire digital funnel from strategy to back-end fulfillment, and ensures effective budget and CPA/CPV management. This position plays a critical role in enabling digital bookings, optimizing platform performance, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Drives digital volume goals of Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans
• Develops and implements competitive and relevant digital sales strategies and campaigns
• Delivers digital journeys, solutions, and platforms that enable loan and card bookings digitally
• Monitors and adjusts platform and media performance to grow bookings and reduce costs
• Implements and measures campaigns to maximize digital channel acquisition
• Manages funnel performance using a data-first approach and addresses fall-out points to increase booking volume
• Supervises projects and campaigns, monitoring performance through MIS reports
• Organizes and manages the team to achieve optimum performance, including hiring, promotions, and job rotations
• Discusses development needs of team members and ensures delivery of goals and campaign performance
• Collaborates with other divisions and departments to plan and implement sales programs
• Manages resources, budget, and personnel effectively to deliver maximum results
• Ensures compliance with regulations and business policies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Communications
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in financial institutions and sales is a plus
• Knowledge in digital metrics, financial acumen, sales, marketing, data analytics, campaign performance monitoring, account management, project/campaign management, financial projections, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and people management skills
• Proficiency in project/campaign management, communication, negotiation, and media/creative tools
