About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage assigned audience growth and retention marketing initiatives, translating business priorities, campaign briefs, audience insights, and value propositions into actionable marketing plans.
You’ll work across multiple channels and lifecycle stages—from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, digital adoption, retention, cross-sell, and upsell—while using performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage growth and retention marketing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, optimization, and leadership updates.
• Translate campaign briefs, business priorities, audience insights, and value propositions into marketing plans, channel recommendations, content requirements, timelines, and measurable goals.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle programs supporting:
• Acquisition and conversion
• Onboarding and engagement
• Digital adoption
• Retention
• Cross-sell and upsell
• Relationship expansion
• Coordinate execution across digital, web, email, mobile, direct mail, CRM, paid and owned media, provider-facing, contact center, and lifecycle channels.
• Partner with product, operations, clinical, business, analytics, content, creative, marketing operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams.
• Support audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor campaign, channel, audience, and business-line performance.
• Prepare reporting that communicates results, insights, risks, and recommended actions.
• Identify conversion friction, engagement gaps, operational barriers, and optimization opportunities across member, patient, consumer, provider, and prescriber journeys.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, budget inputs, status updates, stakeholder routines, and executive-ready summaries.
• Work with minimal guidance, escalate complex issues appropriately, and recommend practical solutions that improve speed, quality, and business impact.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, B2C, B2Provider, growth, retention, lifecycle, CRM, digital, performance marketing, marketing communications, or related marketing roles.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, or communication strategies supporting acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, digital adoption, retention, or business growth.
• Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, customer journeys, personalization, testing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple initiatives, timelines, approvals, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance, audience insights, engagement metrics, conversion results, NPS, ROI, or related KPIs and turn findings into action.
• Ability to collaborate across business, product, digital, analytics, creative, content, operations, marketing operations, legal, privacy, compliance, and channel teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear status updates, performance summaries, and leadership-ready materials.
Good-to-Have
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, provider, consumer health, financial services, subscription, marketplace, e-commerce, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with customer data platforms and journey tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe suite, analytics dashboards, testing platforms, or performance reporting tools.
