Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support sales growth, and effectively promote our bottles, jars, and packaging solutions. This role will oversee marketing campaigns, content development, promotional activities, and market research to support overall business objectives.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company’s business goals and target markets.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, product information, and promotional collaterals.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistency between offline and online marketing campaigns and brand communications.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to develop marketing strategies that support product positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, media partners, and other marketing service providers.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, and other relevant metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively across marketing activities.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials, channels, events, and customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to continuously improve the company’s marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present regular marketing reports, campaign results, and recommendations to company stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand management, and promotional activities.
• Experience in developing marketing materials and coordinating events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Strong market research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools and platforms.
• Creative, strategic, organized, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
