Event, Partnership & Community Supervisor
Job Description
• Plan, manage, and execute company events from concept development, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination, to post-event evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, brands, communities, media, and other external stakeholders to support campaign objectives.
• Develop community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and audience participation.
• Supervise coordination between internal teams and external parties to ensure all event, partnership, and community activities run smoothly and meet targets.
• Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and regular reports on event and collaboration performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as attendee numbers, engagement, partnership value, media exposure, and feedback for future improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in events, partnerships, community management, brand activation, or marketing.
• Strong network with communities, media partners, vendors, and potential business partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
