You will...
• Drive Targets, Budgets & Business Reviews
• Deliver sales targets by customer and channel while executing and managing the budget to ensure CNS target delivery.
• Prepare and lead regular category and business review meetings with CBD (Customer Business Development) partners
• Lead Innovation & D4C / D4R Implementation
• Align category growth strategies upfront to drive successful innovation and launch plans.
• Own Objective Assortment Optimization (MSL) and commercialize engaging Customer Selling stories.
• Drive omnichannel commercialization for D4C/D4R, tailoring specific solutions across different customers and channels.
• Optimize Pricing, Promo, and Mix
• Deliver Strategic Price Index alignment to maintain healthy market positioning.
• Design and execute promotional strategies aligned with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to achieve an optimum sell-through (ST) plan.
• Partner for business growth by structuring, managing, and optimizing trade terms.
• Strengthen Capabilities & Insights
• Execute the division's commercial plan via CBD, integrating Shopper and Digital Marketing activities.
• Deploy and manage market work targets while maintaining rigorous budget management.
• Leverage customer market insights (using Nielsen, Kantar, and other data sources) to identify strategic opportunities and optimize plans.
You have…
• Minimum 4–6 years of working experience as a Trade Marketing Manager, Promo Manager, or Key Account Manager (preferably within the FMCG or Beauty sectors).
• Strong capability in managing promo structures, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and trade terms.
• High proficiency in data analytics and a proven track record of using market insights (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) to drive strategic decisions.
• Solid experience in budget management and alignment across offline and e-commerce (O+O) channels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
