About this role

Your Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to serve as the editorial anchor and second-in-command for our global content function. This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting to our Head of Global Marketing. • Drive High-Impact Content Production: Personally research and write high-quality articles, blogs, and market updates focused on Forex, CFDs, and global financial markets.
• Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Oversee a team of junior content writers, providing rigorous editorial oversight and coaching them on complex financial concepts to ensure team-wide technical accuracy.
• Act as the Technical Knowledge Filter: Serve as the final line of defense for content quality, ensuring all output aligns with market realities and the needs of sophisticated traders.
• Optimize Content Operations: Own and refine the content calendar, identifying friction points in existing workflows to increase both output volume and performance efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Pillars: Partner closely with SEO and Research/Education teams to ensure content production is synchronized with broader marketing and data-driven objectives.
• Performance Reporting: Establish clear reporting on content performance to track engagement and ROI, providing actionable insights for growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Demonstrated experience in content creation within the financial services sector (e.g., brokerage, banking, crypto, or financial news).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, products (Forex, CFDs), and trading mechanics.
• Expert-level English writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders based across APAC and China.
• Proven ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on writing with managerial duties.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a mentoring or people management role, particularly within a content setting.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content performance analytics.
• Familiarity with multi-channel marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Marketo)
