About this role
We are looking for a Product Manager (Pharma) to manage and grow our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolio. The role covers product lifecycle management, market analysis, product positioning, marketing planning, promotional activities, and sales support. You will work closely with medical, regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, product availability, and sustainable portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop impactful marketing materials including detailing aids, training manuals, and presentations for internal teams and external partners (key focus on clinics and hospitals).
• Execute cost-effective sales promotions and advertising campaigns in alignment with the sales team, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze feedback from the sales team and provide ROI reports on marketing activities to senior management.
• Conduct market research and consumer behavior analysis to enhance brand value and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, doctors, and hospitals to support brand prescriptions and long-term loyalty.
• Perform competitor analysis and market sizing to identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead training and development initiatives for sales staff.
• Continuously improve industry knowledge, marketing skills, and leadership capabilities.
• Prepare and present annual marketing plans and brand strategies for approval.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies (PFK, KKLIU, Mega Thailand/India) to ensure timely product approvals and compliance.
Requirements:
• Possess at least bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Degree bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in product management or marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experienced managing, launching brands in prescription drugs or/and OTC drugs will be highly preferred. Additional experience of marketing science-based health supplements to doctors will be considered favorably.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes and healthcare marketing practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
