About The Role:
The (Assistant) Product Marketing is responsible for driving product positioning to accelerate user acquisition, product adoption, and trading activity. This role bridges Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams - ensuring that product offerings are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and translated into compelling value propositions that resonate with target users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product and Development Collaboration
• Develop product/campaign launch roadmaps, key selling points to client, release timelines, and the development of product value propositions.
• Identify issues that may affect user experience, market communication, lead the product enhancement.
• Work closely with Product, Development, Design to align on requirements, risks, ensuring projects are delivered as planned.
Campaign Operations and Daily Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product-related campaigns, including campaign mechanics, workflow setup, asset preparation, scheduling, launch, and execution follow-up.
• Translate complex trading products and features into clear, compelling user benefits.
• Monitor Go-To-Market (GTM) campaign performance; coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure campaign launch smoothly.
• Lead promotion growth and campaign performance data tracking, work with growth/ads/brand team to achieve campaign KPI
• Provide post-campaign review and data analysis to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Product and Campaign Launch Communications
• Coordinate all launch communications and materials, including product education materials (videos or infographic etc), campaign copy, in-app communications, social media content, EDM/CRM messaging, and campaign terms and conditions.
• Partner with Content, Design, Growth, CRM, Business Development, and Customer Support teams to integrate resources and ensure consistent message across channels.
Market Research, Data Analysis, and Project Optimisation
• Conduct user, market, and competitor research to identify industry trends, and competitive developments.
• Produce research summaries, data analyses, and project post-mortems to support product planning, marketing strategy, and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities across product messaging, user journeys, and operational processes; drive implementation to enhance efficiency
Cross-Functional Project Delivery
• Act as a project owner by clearly defining objectives, milestones; proactively coordinate resources and follow through on progress.
• Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, demonstrating ownership by resolving issues rather than only escalating or communicating them.
• Provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and resource requirements to relevant stakeholders to enable prompt decision-making and ensure end-to-end project closure.

Requirements:
Experience
• At least 4 years of experience in new product launches promotion, product marketing, GTM, or growth roles
• Experience in CFD, fintech, trading, crypto, or digital platforms preferred
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products or features
