Responsibilities
• Provide pre-sales support and ICT/network solution expertise for enterprise datacom distribution products, focusing on product strategy and opportunity development in the APAC distribution market.
• Lead regional industry insights and competitor analysis, and convert findings into strategic roadmaps (including competitive battlecards and marketing activity support).
• Own the 4P marketing strategy and lifecycle management for distribution products, ensuring healthy inventory and effective PSI execution.
• Drive GTM strategy and end-to-end launch for distribution products—enable at least 10 products/SKUs with distribution channels and partners.
• Execute 0-to-1 / 1-to-N expansion for blockbuster products, verticals, or commercial scenarios, driving single-product / typical configuration / scenario-based revenue to
• Develop high-level solution and network designs for local offices, channel partners, and key accounts; present technical proposals professionally.
• Collaborate effectively in a matrix structure, aligning regional/HQ product management with local execution teams.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ICT industry experience with deep expertise in datacom networks (data communication) and transmission/network security domains.
• Hands-on experience operating and managing distribution products in networking, including strong knowledge of channel operations and PSI management.
• Proven track record in market insight and GTM, including successful launches and distribution product management across partner ecosystems.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Pre-Sales Manager for product experience in Reyee/Ruijie or Aruba Instant On; HPE and Fortinet experience is a plus.
