About this role

Webby Group is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across new product launches, lead generation, industry events, strategic partnerships and corporate communications.

This role will work closely with management, sales, product, cloud and AI teams to translate Webby’s business goals into effective go-to-market plans and qualified business opportunities.

The successful candidate will own marketing strategy and campaign direction while coordinating with our digital marketing and creative teams for channel execution and visual production.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop Webby’s annual marketing strategy, campaign roadmap and marketing calendar.
• Translate business objectives into measurable marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
• Identify priority industries, customer segments and market opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across Webby’s services, solutions and products.

New Product & Solution Marketing

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new software, cloud and AI solutions.
• Define target customers, buyer personas, market positioning and value propositions.
• Prepare product messaging, pitch decks, brochures, case studies and sales-enablement materials.
• Plan product launches, demonstrations, webinars, pilot programmes and industry campaigns.
• Work with product and sales teams to gather market feedback and improve product-market fit.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

• Develop campaigns that generate qualified leads, sales meetings and business opportunities.
• Build target-account strategies for selected industries and enterprise customers.
• Plan lead-generation activities through events, partnerships, email outreach, LinkedIn, webinars and content campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign execution with digital marketing and creative team members.
• Work closely with sales to define lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes.
• Monitor conversion from lead to meeting, opportunity and sales pipeline.
• Review campaign results and recommend improvements based on lead quality and commercial outcomes.

Events & Partnerships

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, executive roundtables, workshops, exhibitions and partner campaigns.
• Develop event concepts, titles, agendas, speaker line-ups and audience-acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with technology partners such as AWS and other strategic partners.
• Manage event venues, speakers, vendors, sponsors, invitations, registrations and on-site execution.
• Develop post-event follow-up plans to convert attendees into qualified opportunities.
• Measure event performance based on attendance, engagement, leads, opportunities and pipeline value.

Brand, Communications & Sales Support

• Coordinate corporate announcements, public relations, awards and media opportunities.
• Develop clear briefs for designers, content creators and digital marketers.
• Support sales teams with proposals, company profiles, presentations and campaign materials.
• Maintain consistency in Webby’s brand positioning and corporate messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, events, partnerships or demand generation.
• Experience in technology, software, cloud, AI, SaaS or professional services is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified business leads.
• Experience managing corporate events, executive roundtables or partner-led programmes.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, customer segmentation and sales funnels.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Strong business writing and presentation skills in English.
• Able to work closely with management, sales, technical teams and external partners.
• Commercially minded, organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
