Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's marketing and communications strategies to strengthen Pullman Kuching's brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue opportunities, and support the overall commercial objectives of the hotel.

The position will manage all aspects of hotel communications, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, brand communications, and internal communications.

The role will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and other departments to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the hotel's business priorities and Accor brand standards.

Ability to develop engaging ideas, campaigns and content that strengthen the hotel's positioning.

Commercial Awareness

Understands how marketing activities contribute to room, F&B and overall hotel revenue.

Digital Capability

Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, online content and digital performance.

Planning & Organisation

Able to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines effectively.

Relationship Management

Able to build effective relationships with media, agencies, suppliers, Accor teams and internal stakeholders.

Results Orientation

Focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Brand Orientation

Strong understanding of brand consistency and ability to protect and enhance the Pullman brand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.

Experience in a hotel Marketing & Communications role is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing and online advertising.
