About the opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead the company’s marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for developing the marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, creating demand generation programs, and building the foundation for scalable growth. You will own marketing end-to-end, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive awareness, pipeline, customer expansion, and market leadership.

• Build & Own the Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth - Create and optimize programs that generate qualified pipeline and support sales growth
• Brand Marketing & Market Awareness - Elevate the company’s brand presence and establish category leadership by develop compelling brand messaging, creative direction, and campaigns
• Product Marketing - Translate complex technology and data capabilities into clear customer value propositions

What We're Looking for:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader who is excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful.

• 5+ years of marketing experience in software/technology space
• Exposure to demand generation, product marketing, branding & messaging and driving measurable business outcomes
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, and a commercial mindset where business impact/ROI is top of mind
• Must be Vancouver based and open to 2 days in office
