Content Manager, Arts & Entertainment

Huddle · Greater London, England, United Kingdom · Full-time

About this role

An exciting opportunity for a Content Manager to join a growing entertainment company with musical theatre at its heart. This is a highly creative business that represents and develops a portfolio of globally recognised theatrical brands, collaborating with best-in-class partners to extend into traditional and non-traditional entertainment mediums, reaching existing and new audiences all around the world.

The role of Content Manager sits at the intersection of content creation and customer data management within the direct-to-audience function, owning both what customers see and the data infrastructure that determines who sees it and when. This role also includes general platform management and administration.

So, what will you be doing?

• Editorial Content: Plan, write and edit content across customer-facing channels. Create and review copy for campaigns, newsletters and website content, and co-ordinate production to deliver content on time.
• Web Updates: Manage and update website content via CMS. Publish new pages and refresh existing content.
• Email Build: Build, test and deploy email campaigns from brief to send. Manage templates, copy, personalisation and QA testing. Coordinate send schedules with the wider marketing calendar.
• CRM Data Management: Maintain CRM data quality through tagging, categorisation and metadata. Audit and cleanse data to remove duplicates and correct errors. Support effective segmentation, reporting and personalisation.
• Reporting: Produce regular reports on content and CRM performance. Monitor engagement, open rates, click-throughs and conversions. Provide actionable insights to inform future campaigns and content strategy.
• Segmentation and Audience Targeting: Build and refine audience segments using CRM data. Target content based on customer behaviour, preferences and lifecycle stage.  Improve campaign relevance and performance through data-led targeting.
• Platform Administration: Act as lead administrator for the CRM platform. Manage user access, templates, integrations and system settings. Troubleshoot issues and liaise with suppliers or IT teams as required.
• GDPR Compliance: Ensure CRM and email activity complies with GDPR requirements. Manage consent records, preferences and unsubscribe processes. Maintain accurate data retention and compliance practices.
• Team & Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong relationships across internal teams and stakeholders.  Work closely with marketing, social media and brand teams. Develop and deliver effective digital campaigns and content plans.
• Management of agencies and freelancer relationships: Manage agency and freelancer relationships. Brief, oversee and ensure timely delivery of outsourced work.
• Presentations and sales materials: Support presentations, pitches and stakeholder meetings. Collate plans, data and insights for business needs. Showcase the value and impact of owned digital platforms and brands.

And what would we like you to bring?
