As Director of Growth, you will own Visible's commercial metrics end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead Marketing and Growth Product teams to scale acquisition, optimize the hardware-plus-subscription bundle, and open new channels. With most growth levers currently untouched, you have a massive opportunity to double membership and impact lives.

What You Will Do
• Lead and scale the Marketing and Growth Product teams, overseeing paid channels, creators, funnels, pricing, and lifecycle messaging.
• Develop a robust growth model to forecast and manage acquisition costs, payback periods, and lifetime value across multiple new channels.
• Experiment with pricing and packaging for the wearable-plus-subscription bundle to optimize conversion, attach rates, and sustainable monetisation.
The ideal candidate
• Extensive experience leading growth across both marketing and product, specifically within high-scale consumer subscription or healthtech businesses.
• Proven track record of managing significant performance budgets and building compounding growth loops like referrals and community-led advocacy.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in scrappy environments, favoring data-driven judgment and rapid iteration over consensus-driven processes.
