Growth Marketing Manager

Craft · Manchester, England, United Kingdom · Full-time

About this role

This studio makes brand experiences people actually remember: retail activations, launches, cultural campaigns and brand moments for global retail, fashion and footwear brands, across physical, digital and social. It has built its reputation the hard way - through the work and the relationships around it - and is currently more of a best-kept secret than a famous name. This role exists to change that.

The Role

You own growth marketing as a function. Your job is to build a genuine, engaged audience among retail, footwear and fashion decision-makers, then turn that audience into warm, qualified conversations for the team.

That means running the content engine - campaign breakdowns, behind-the-scenes narratives, industry commentary - and growing the personal profiles of the Founder, MD and Creative Director alongside the studio brand. You'll build a properly segmented case study bank ready to assemble into tailored pitch decks, manage awards entries and event presence, and read engagement signals to spot real commercial intent.

You report to the Managing Director and work directly with the Founder, Creative Director and client services team - no layers. You're measured on marketing qualified leads created, quality and volume, not vanity metrics. Build this well and you shape what comes next: the team and budget that grow around it.

The Package

£45,000 - £55,000, plus a performance bonus tied directly to growth

Hybrid working

Committed budget for travel, events, content and tools

Direct access to the Founder, MD and Creative Director

The Person

You're three to six years into agency, brand or B2B marketing - likely a marketing manager or senior executive sitting inside a team rather than running one. You write with a point of view, including in someone else's voice, and you're genuinely drawn to experiential, retail, footwear, fashion and culture. You're numerate enough to tell a follower from a prospect, define success, and present it honestly to senior leadership. Most of all, you want to build something that doesn't exist yet rather than run someone else's playbook.
