About The Role

The Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology portfolio, translating product positioning into campaigns that drive awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline.

The role works across product marketing, sales, content, and design to manage the full campaign lifecycle—from audience segmentation and channel planning through launch, attribution, and optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, SEO, webinars, and content syndication
• Build campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, landing pages, nurture sequences, and channel-specific creative with cross-functional partners
• Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows in platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce
• Define campaign KPIs, maintain dashboards in GA4 and BI tools, and report on conversion rates, CAC, sourced pipeline, and revenue influence
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, ad creative, landing pages, offers, and audience segments to improve funnel performance
• Own the editorial and campaign calendar, coordinating agencies and internal teams to deliver assets on schedule
• Manage channel budgets and vendor relationships, reallocating spend based on performance and pipeline contribution

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of B2B or B2C technology marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of demand-generation, growth, or integrated campaigns
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and paid media platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and multi-touch campaign measurement
• Excellent written communication skills with experience developing briefs, campaign messaging, email copy, and performance reports
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience marketing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools, or other technical products; familiarity with attribution platforms, intent data, and marketing operations workflows
